Ingredients
- 2 oz The Community Spirit Vodka
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 large, pasteurized egg white (Vegan alternative: 2 tablespoons of aquafaba / chickpea liquid)
- Garnish: lemon wheel, Filthy Foods Black Cherry
Method
Combine ingredients into your shaker tin and dry shake (no ice) until egg is frothy (20-30 seconds). Add a few ice cubes and shake again to chill for 10 seconds. Double strain into a lowball glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a black cherry and a lemon wheel.
