Ingredients
- 2 oz The Community Spirit Vodka
- 4 oz Cava sparkling wine
- 0.5 oz Reàl Kiwi Puree
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Edible glitters
- Garnish: kiwi wheel and edible flowers
Method
Add all the ingredients minus the sparkling wine to a shaker tin with ice. Add a pinch of edible glitter and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a kiwi slice and edible flowers.
